Strength in Resistance: The Life of an Activist & Political Refugee
A short documentary video features Christopher Sorio, an activist and political refugee who continues his lifelong advocacy in Canada. Sorio survived the Martial Law regime under the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos Sr. in the Philippines, an era imposed in 1972 that lasted until 1981. The short interview explores his life journey and how he continually draws strength from resistance and truth.
